Our Beta Theta House Corporation was formed so we could purchase the ATO 1902 fraternity house at 960 University Blvd in February, 1964. Its first President was Dr. Burton R. Morley, W.Va. ’22. The house was purchased through this corporation. The corporation was established as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Alabama .
